*Note: The winner of the Battle Royale became #1 contender for the AEW TNT Championship.

**Note: Keith Lee was Swerve Strickland's original opponent, however, Lee was not medically cleared to compete so was replaced by his Naturally Limitless tag team partner Dustin Rhodes.

***Note: Eddie Kingston was the incumbent ROH World and NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion coming into the event. The tournament was for the Triple Crown of the ROH World, NJPW STRONG Openweight and the newly created AEW Continental Championship.
