Here is a preview for Wednesday's episode:

• No Disqualification Match: HOOK (c) vs. Stokely Hathaway

• Kenny Omega vs. El Hijo Del Vikingo* (Tony Khan just made this official on Twitter. This was a dream match scheduled for 2021 that never happened and now will be taking place in AEW!)

• Blackpool Combat Club's Jon Moxley vs. The Dark Order's Stu Grayson 

• AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Gunns (Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn) (c) will defend the titles against Top Flight (Darius Martin and Dante Martin)
• Toni Storm vs. Skye Blue

• 6-Man Tag Team Match: The Butcher and The Blade and Kip Sabian vs. AEW TNT Champion Darby Allin and AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy and Sting

*El Hijo Del Vikingo has been making waves in the wrestling world in recent months. Ranked #8 in the 2022 Pro Wrestling Illustrated 500 list last September, he has been gaining attention on the U.S. independent scene with appearances for promotions such as Game Changer Wrestling and Warrior Wrestling.

Vikingo's current status as Lucha Libre AAA Mega Champion is a testament to his skills as an in-ring competitor. He won the title in a 5-Way match at Triplemania Regina II in December of 2021, after it was vacated by none other than his upcoming opponent, Kenny Omega. Omega had stepped away from wrestling in November to undergo multiple surgeries, relinquishing the AAA Mega Championship in the process.

Although the upcoming bout between Vikingo and Omega is not being marketed as a title match, it's possible that the outcome of the match could set up a future championship showdown between the two.

With both competitors known for their incredible athleticism and in-ring prowess, fans can expect to see a thrilling encounter that could have major implications for the future of not only AEW but AAA as well.
